I am so excited to finally get my wedding photos, Olivia definitely did such a wonderful job capturing the moments and all the details! I have been looking forward to share my day with all of you. So let's begin.

I will most likely create another post dedicated to our wedding photos but in this post, I just want to talk about what my sources are for everything and what I DIYed.

1. Wooden Signs

So as you can see, there are a couple of wooden signs and I mentioned that awhile back in one of my instagram posts but as usual, failed to create a whole blog post about it. I had a main sign right in front but I don't have a photo of it unfortunately. Because I think we didn't have it out yet when my photographer got to the venue. I also have a few others that aren't included here. The plywood were all bought at Home Depot and they were cut by Logan. We started off with our first sign by painting it but then eventually realized, it will take us forever to print>trace>paint so he mentioned about vinyl signs that I had no idea about. His sister had a Cricut machine and it works wonders! Someone donate one to me, thanks. That definitely saved us so much time.

2. Marble Place Cards

I bought the marble tiles at Lowes and bought gold markers from Hobby Lobby. And if you want to recreate this, make sure to get the extra fine tip Sharpie gold marker.

3. Menus

I designed those and just printed it out on card stock then asked my siblings to cut it.

4. Invitation/Announcements

I designed my own invitations, refer to this photo. And did the (calligraphy) addressing as well. All 150 of them. Yup. EVERY. SINGLE. ONE. OF. THEM.

5. Seating Arrangement

That was a no-brainer, just print out all the names and I use glue dots to stick them onto the wooden sign. Easy-peasy.

Venue - Ember SLC
Tables and Chairs - Utah Chair Rental
Cake (geometric marble cake) - Granite Bakery
Florist - CC & Bout ( Angie is the best! Highly recommend her)

I'm pretty sure that is all of it. If you do have any other questions, please let me know. I'd be happy to answer all of your wedding related questions or even non-wedding related.

  1. How did you make your invitation? Did you spend much for your wedding?

    1. I just designed it myself and got it printed out from a printing service. I had like 200 invitations printed out so it was about $200 or P10k

    2. What website or app did you use? ^^

    3. I use Adobe Photoshop to make it.

  2. hayysss so nice indeed, I want to have a wedding details like this, simplicity all over but it's all sentimental. My heart is crying! I am a fan :)

    1. I am glad! This was definitely my dream wedding theme, you can make it yours too!

  3. The wedding arrangements are fabulous. Want to have similar best arrangements for my wedding that will be arranged at one of NYC wedding venues. Will hire a reputed wedding planner for the day that will make the day really wonderful.
